Returns, Refunds, Cancellation & Exchange Policy

Any cancellations, returns or refunds are governed by this policy ("Return Policy"). 

1. Returns and Refunds

Return is available in case order has been shipped from our warehouse and has been delivered to the customer’s location.

However, it is to be mentioned, our return policy will only be applicable, if the purchased product(s) are faulty or in contrast with the item(s) ordered.

To navigate your grievances, raise a ticket for the return of the product(s) by sending an email at beautiqbaby@gmail.com .

It is our request to you to please wait patiently in subsequent of raising your ticket. We will reach out to you within 24-48 hours of your expressed objection.

We take full responsibility of getting in touch with you and verifying the issue.

The verification process may take some time, but once settled upon, our courier partner, will come to your address and pickup up the product(s).

We will update you on the status of the return request. Once the product is received and verified at our facility; we will initiate the refund process.

The entire amount paid by you for the product through any of the payment modes, will be returned to you in a bank account of your choice within duration of 5 working days. Bank details will be taken during refund process. Please ensure that the details that you enter are correct. We will not validate a Bank Account number and we are not responsible for funds transferred to an unintended recipient. Please note that the return shipping charges will be borne by you, the buyer.

2. Cancellations

An order once placed cannot be cancelled. However, you may contact us on the store contact details for cancellation requests. Cancellation in such cases will be done at our sole discretion.

3. Exchange 

We currently do not have any exchange policy for our products.
